Opened in 1975 by Ken Kalck and his wife Barbara the shop has focused on providing only the best meat and culinary ingredients to their clients. Kalck's Butcher shop offers the highest quality beef, pork and poultry products. Cut daily and never frozen. In addition, we offer a selection of gourmet ingredients, signature bakery goods, made to order deli sandwiches and homemade sides and soups.
